Support for NetworkPolicy

I'm looking at ways to add security in depth to my Weaviate instances deployed with this Helm chart, and it would be pretty fantastic to have the chart set up the appropriate NetworkPolicy resources to lock down the flow of traffic into and within the namespace. Having default-deny with explicit allows as a part of the chart would make my InfoSec team very happy.
