Only iOS Safari does not support CSS resize property.

https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-ui?label=master&label=experimental&aligned&q=resize, though it looks like the two Safari failures are technically optional ("Implementations should not apply the resize property to generated content"), and all the tests otherwise pass everywhere on desktop.
