Interop CSV files should include run_ids or sha1

From looking at web-platform-tests/interop#281:

Currently there's nothing to say what runs were scored; for older dates this is likely predictable as we are unlikely to have further runs for them, but for the current date it's hard to know exactly what combination of runs have been scored.
