Jenkins instance bounce failed to connect back

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connected to my jenkins instance all interested projects are selected from 
the list
2. Project build status reflected properly
3. Jenkins had a JVM heap memory issue and was hung for few hours
4. All project status went to unknown status
5. Jenkins was restarted 
5. Error reconnecting project status.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Attempt to reconnect to jenkins must be made. But seems like that is not 
happening. Restarting the tracker helped.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.12.1.0
