Support approval for Client Registration

Hi,

Our Certificate Authority requires approval of client registration, when registering a new client. To my understanding this is not supported by "Certify The Web" UI client.

Is it possible to add support for this? The CLI acme.sh client supports this.

Sure, is this using an extension to ACME? We just need a CA we can develop and test against, is there one available or that can be run using docker etc?

Closing. This was implement in v.6.1.1 with pre-generated account keys (Advanced tab when adding an account)
