wPaint.menu.main min and full scripts differ

Hi,
it seems, that wPaint.menu.main.min.js and /src/wPaint.menu.main.js differs (2.5.0 version), should it be so?
When i replaced min script with full, some functions don't work. Btw, console reports, that ctx.fillArea is not a function for _drawBucketDown.
