Standardize dashboard template images

Adding templates to the Dashboard requires creating two variations of the cover image:

1. The image shown on the Dashboard is like any other Project: the Homepage social image.
2. The image shown in the Marketplace is the Project Settings Marketplace image.

Each has different aspect ratios. Plus, it seems odd to submit the Project Settings image, have it display in the Marketplace, and not on the Dashboard.

Idea(s)

1. Show the Project Settings image on the dashboard and have templates display with their own aspect ratio. Overtime, templates will probably get their own section anyways or only come up when you create a project.
