Some enhancements to gc2latex #1

Hi,
I've done some enhancements and would be interested in any feedback und would like to push them back to the original project.

enhanced the customer address handling (enabling 3rd address line, no Perl error in case of absent 2nd address line)
using Gnucash file as it is without copying and gunzipping
enabling LaTeX's package 'longtable' to print a new table header on each new page in case of page breaking tables
introduced new field "GNUCASH-INVOICE-NOTES" for including invoice notes if available
