Design badges for tables

The regular view of tables don't contain badges, that would help the user fo grasp information more quickly.
This issue is only for the design part - the integration for configurating these labels will be handled @tuxes3

All tables should allow showing labels/tags for better orientation.

Acceptance Criteria

• Design a basic label using https://tailwindui.com/components/application-ui/elements/badges
• Labels can be implemented in tables
• The label should be configurable later on with color and information

The styling can be taken 1:1 from the Tailwind UI components. The options for how badges should be created need to be defined. No styling is needed.
