Sync options and other things

Where can I find options to handle the sync with an email account?
I want to setup that I manually sync and not every time. And how to handle mails: do not delete if deleted on server, never delete on server and so on.
The menu point "logout" is not a good name. Better will be "delete account".
And a "quit" function will be nice to close the app and "quit and forget" to forget the passphrase

Did you know an other client with PGP integrated which is simple using like this one?
