Update mscorsvc.yml

Hello!

Few minutes ago i got information to check this DLL Sideloading and it works perfectly in Windows 10 environment (i dont have specified binary location in Windows 11).

To reporduce just:

• creaft any DLL called "mscorsvc.dll".
• put it anywhere where you have write acces
• open cmd.exe in that location
• run ngentask.exe with full path, like: "C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_netfx4-ngentask_exe_b03f5f7f11d50a3a4.0.15912.0_[...]\ngentask.exe"

If you confirm that DLL Sideloading please fix any issue with YML due i still cannot figure out if i do it correctly there :)
