How to connect the FPC connector

Camera Module FPC Connection

  1. Lift the FPC connector

  2. Insert the FPC cable

  3. Lock the FPC connector

  4. The result will look like this

RPI5 FPC Connection

There are two FPC connector on the RPI5, CAM/DISP0 and CAM/DISP1, by default the driver is using cam1 interface.

Connect the FPC on the RPI5, note that the contact should be facing the Ethernet connector:
