currently we do a big reset of all metrics:

ovh-exporter/pkg/network/serve.go

Line 130 in 27ead6d

cloudProjectInstanceBilling.Reset()

but that is ugly since we can have the prometheus scraper that scrapes no values if it lands at an improper timing

what we could do instead is something like this:
