Link to dashboard in a menu

As a owner of blog I would like to have quick and easy access to dashboard of my blog

If I am logged in to my blog with SteemConnect using proper account, I should have "Dashboard" listed in menu:

It's template-related thing and needs to be done for each theme.

What if we would keep somewhere information in a matrix what each theme already supports?

Every theme might have different features related to its overall design (like in "magazine" there is that kind of menu but in future, let's say "modern" template, there will be not).
