option to enable SFTP option for minio in wis2box-stack #819

I noted that recent version of minio have a native option to enable SFTP:
https://min.io/docs/minio/linux/developers/file-transfer-protocol.html

This could help make it easier for users to ingest data without using an additional FTP-service required in the setup

I will investigate how make this service available as an option within the wis2box-stack
