This could be using WASM3 or WAMR (not sure which is better?)

Is Wokwi able to simulate a program which itself embeds a WASM emulator?

If the program can run on a physical ESP32 chip then it should also be possible to run it in Wokwi. You can use Wokwi for VS Code to load the compiled program, or load a custom application firmware into the web version of Wokwi.
