I've found that reloading a script (after some changes) does not change the source code in FirstAid. Maybe closing and re-opening it would do, not sure (I usually close and restart QGIS).
In any case, reloading the code requires scrolling to some line to set a breakpoint, … and I have not found any option besides the scroll bar.
I'm missing some Ctrl-G, maybe Ctrl-L to just write the line number and go there.
