Cannot comment on blogs I follow

This was reported in a store review and needs further investigation; Internal ref: pcdRpT-68N#comment-9488-p2

The user reported that they are not able sometimes to comment on blogs they follow even if they are able to read comments or place likes; the issue seems to be that the UI is not showing the screen to type the reply comment. No more information for now and needs further investigation.

PS: maybe it's totally unrelated, but I think it makes sense anyways to align iOS to Android here; if comments are closed on a post, we do not show any info about it in iOS (we just remove the comment typing area), while we do show an info about comments being closed in Android.
