include info-zip as zip solution for windows #40

Windows users should be able to have zip functionality for the epub/kindle builds that does not require an additional third-party download.

Info-zip should be included into the bookshop/scripts folder as an executable.

When 'bookshop build epub/kindle' are called, the build.rb script should use a Windows specific command to zip the epub file.
