currently when a user issues 'bookshop build mobi', a copy of the epub file (from which the mobi file is built) remains in the build folder. This tends to be confusing to clients who are looking in the build folders for the latest builds. They can get the official epub file confused with the mobi/epub file.

Since the epub file is only used to generate the mobi file, can we remove it after the mobi file is generated?
