Spectrum and waterfall plot auto scale

Add an option to enable auto scaling of the spectrum and waterfall plot. Use the min/max dB values of the current observation and update the bounds if necessary. This will lead to some jumping in the beginning of the observation but will lead to a better display of the signal once it's first received.
