I can click the PayPal button and enter the flow without entering any address/name fields which will cause an error. Examples of validation using the JS is available here-> https://developer.paypal.com/demo/checkout/#/pattern/validation

prolly needs some JS stuff to make sure the customers billing and shipping fields are filled before allowing submit or pressing the paypal button
