Describe the bug

When trying to download a backup from mobile, a loading bar shows up but no file is sent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use a mobile device
Try to download a backup
See the issue

Expected behavior
Backups should be downloadable on mobile devices.
