"Exclude files" should be ordered alphabetically

Context

On the UI, we make it possible to exclude folders. But once clicked, folders showing on the list are not alphabetically ordered, which forces users to scroll the whole list to find a specific item.

Another possible enhancement is to include the corresponding plugin/theme name when it applies to help users figure out what asset is being excluded.

Expected behavior

We should make it easy for users to find items they want to exclude.
