Automatic Country and City Zoom

The map currently has no zooming behavior. The map should automatically change the zoom when the filter updates in order to show a region of interest.

Steps

1. Open the page.
2. Change the selected country.
3. Press [Show Results].
   3a. The map should automatically change to show the full bounds of the selected country.

This same zoom behavior should apply to cities. Also, if more than one country is selected, the map should zoom and pan so that both regions are entirely visible.
