Get access to server on tool labs http://tools.wmflabs.org/, Follow info here: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Magnus_Manske/Migrating_from_toolserver

Checklist:

PHP should stay in public_html, not cgi-bin
doibot.html may need to be moved to be index.html, depending
may need to deal with php version / plugin bugs. unclear if there are any options here.
