Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently update the old GLAD and Fire datasets using repo https://github.com/wri/gfw-country-pages-analysis-2. The process is very similar to what we already do with the geotrellis jobs.

Only difference is, that there is a post processing step happening after the spark job finished and before data are being uploaded into API.

Describe the solution you'd like
Move update process from repo gfw-country-pages-analysis-2 to gfw-datapump.
