Telegram bot

Hi all!
Have you ever thought to integrate a Telegram bot with CoCeSo to send and receive information to/from the units? Doing this, the app would be needless, and maybe creating a Telegram bot is easier than a whole app.
Maybe I'm wrong, what do you think?

The intention of the app was to get the incident details and set the unit status. First part is done now by the GeoClient app.

The alarm message would work via telegram, but setting the status would be error prone (sending magic strings). Therefore the specific app has advantages, although a telegram integration for alarming would be anyway nice. Are you interested in building a Telegram integration?

Btw, this repo (cocecl) is discontinued and replaced by the cocemocl (GeoClient)
