Description

Subscription Creation Approval Task List - Notice the "Approve" text

Subscription Update Approval Task List - Notice "Approve" text is not there

Steps to Reproduce

Enable subscription update workflow as in [1]
Log in to devportal and create a subscription
Update the subscription tier
Go to publisher portal and select Tasks.
Check the Subscription Update Approval Task List
