Fix WSO2 APIM + Solace Integration

Description

The existing WSO2 APIM + Solace integration [1] is broken, since the way to connect to Solace PubSub+ cloud via the Solace connector has been changed after the introduction of Solace V2 APIs. The current Solace implementation has to be revamped accordingly.
