[3.2.0] Test Microgateway Deployment with WSO2 Kubernetes Pipeline

Description:
It is required to test the WSO2 API Microgateway Helm chart with WSO2 product Kubernetes Pipeline. It is required to evaluate and review the centralized logging and monitoring functionalities for this version with the Pipeline deployment.

Sub Tasks:

• Upgrade API Microgateway Toolkit packaged in Kubernetes Pipeline Jenkins container image (refer to Upgrade Microgateway Toolkit Version to Latest 3.2.0 - 2020-08-31 kubernetes-pipeline#101)
• Update sample PetStore Microgateway Project content (refer to [3.2.0] Add Latest Sample PetStore Microgateway Project Content wso2-incubator/microgateway-petstore#4 and official documentation)
• Update input values files in the sample chart repository (refer to [3.2.0] Update Sample Environment User Input Values Files wso2-incubator/cicd-sample-chart-mgw#3)
• Update and test the Jenkins Job for Microgateway image build
• Test the environment based deployments using Spinnaker
