Support multiple NIDAQ-mx versions and both Linux and Windows as OS #3

Linux device drivers are available and regularly updated by National Instruments now. Since the C API is identical across platforms, supporting both operating systems shouldn't be difficult.

It would be best if wrappers were generated programmatically for each user. This could be solved with custom wrapping (see issue: #2 )
