[C01] Improved soldering, Less Accidental turn-ons

An improved PCA to be mass-produced.
-Added a 2nd tilt switch to prevent the LED from turning on when on a table
-moved footprints away from BT1 to increase ease of soldering

Version B01, to be mass-produced for the yoyos. Panelized manufacturing data attached,

Do not use A01, replace components to reflect A02's BOM.

A01

Initial release of the PCA. A01 likely needs component-level changes, and A02 will contain the correct BOM parts. A01 is also too large, and B01 is expected to have the final size.
