If TEST_AUTHOR is not set, the remaining tests should be able to pass. Instead, they fail:

t/archivable.t .......................... 2/12 # Looks like you planned 12 tests but ran 2.
t/archivable.t .......................... Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
Failed 10/12 subtests 
    (less 1 skipped subtest: 1 okay)
