Absolute path in QC symlink #447

The symbolic link:

$QC_DIR/plate_heatmaps.html -> $QC_DIR/plate_heatmaps/index.html

is an absolute path, and will break if the analysis directory is moved. Should be replaced by a relative link (or some other solution).
