Log priority in Sequenom::AssayDataObject

• Standard log configuration sets log level for Sequenom::AssayDataObject to WARN, to discard excess iRODS chatter.
• This suppresses more informative messages, such as skipping the metadata update because the plate is not present in the SNP database.
• Log messages and/or config should be adjusted to resolve this.
