Originally proposed by @dkj. Not implemented since the response model and the HTTP response code was not self-evident.

Sending ever growing lists of tasks to the server does not seem to be a good option. The currently supported alternative - sending all tasks one by one and getting an error code for some or most of them - is not efficient.

Kevin has 2E6 historic RPT strings for Heron dehumanising. In the face of it taking at least 20 minutes to POST them all every day to see what's new to run, he is implementing his own uniquifier and not using Porch.
