I have implemented the required set of widgets (except select/multi-select) and I don't like the result:

titles duplication
ugly file uploading
typographical mess
missing widgets (I think we can release the theme without select/multi-select widgets if someone really needs it)

I won't be working on this. If you want to give it a try, let me know.
