Build (+ dl.) script for CMake, too

Add alternative CMake commands to the guide

+ Option 'dl' (i.e. 'build dl') to download the latest sources from GH
+ Better README

The lib dir wasn't auto-created

+ .gitignore was too specific
+ README changes

It builds just fine! :-o
