Mod Suggestion: Flat Colored Blocks

If your feature request is a mod suggestion:

1. Has someone suggested this mod before: no
2. Why should the mod be added: This mod would be a great addition to the pack because it opens many doors for creation. With the addition of the Chisels and Bits mod, this pack has really evolved to allow for the creation of much more intricate structures due to how advanced that mod is. With that said, there are definitely limitations when it comes to color palette, and that's why I'd like to see this added. It would be amazing to see what myself and other people can create using these blocks that can be created to have any value of RGB color. One feature that particularly excites me is the ability to pick any color for a wall in a house by changing just one plane layer using chisels and bits.
