Describe the solution you'd like
Integrate winget into the CICD pipeline for builds. Not sure how this would need to happen but can either be via a issue to them and they will do it or via a PR. Here is a sample PR for 2024.19

Additional context
I'm probably gonna start using this instead of going to xlights.org to get it when helping folks in the zoom room. Too many times I see folks struggling with downloading the file in edge because the file "is not safe" or finding the right file. Now that winget is part of windows they can type winget install xlightssequencer.xlights and it'll download the file and run the silent install.
