(question for a friend) press reface but nothing appears in terminal

Also, my friend just installed it at first he have this error

so I told him to try installing Matplotlib and he reinstall it, then he can run and it look like it goes away but when pressing on reface button, nothing pop up and there were no tasks running in the terminal what could be the cause of this?

MY PROBLEM IS FIXED NOT FRIEND'S

Fixed I just come to realize that all this time I don't have CUDA installed (I've been using Automatic1111, Comfyui for half a years T_T and when I installed it just a moment ago, at first it's gives me error about mismatched version of CUDA but then I do this #49 (comment) and it's fixed working perfectly fine and so much faster now (from processing one 15 second video that takes about 15-20 minute goes to 50 second lmao how did I never know this....) Edit, speed on stable diffusion still the same, but I'm glad this work much faster tho :)
