Limitation Of a Video File?

Thank you so much for this wonderful application, is there any limitation of Video File , i use about 3 MB to 20 MB video file.
Also if i run locally nothing seems to be happening except the gradio interface shows the seconds running, any idea ?

Thank you , one more last question , why is this refacer dosent work on a pc as there are no errors , is there a way to include/display the progress ?
