When adding a library from this repository to a target dependency created by the Swift Package Manager, I would like to be able to specify a Semantic Versioning compliant version instead of revision or branch.

This is because if there is a dependency specified as revision, an unstable version error will occur when the library is added using the Swift Package Manager.
