Goals

1. The primary goal is to reach a momentum where we are able to print all of the Svelte unique AST nodes as a stringified version.
2. Provide to the Svelte developers community a non-existent printer, to build codemods for the ease of migration
   between versions. Starting from Svelte v4 to v5.

Additionally, the following conditions needs to be met for the final release:

• Svelte v5 is ready and released (out of RC)
• Ensure all of the nodes has tests cases and no bugs discovered
