Output file missing

Dear Professor Xiao，
I am honored to use the dip3d process developed by your team to analyze pore-c data. But in the process of using, I encountered such problems: After the task is submitted and executed using the "nohup. /dip3d.sh &" command, no error is displayed, but the output file does not contain 5-ashic-1. After checking, it is found that "ashic_dip_mat_construction" and the function after it (lines: 607~716) is not running, what is the reason for this? How to solve this problem?
