请问该处使用了反射（.optimizeInit(false)）导致application初始化会因此在主线程耗时100ms，请问可以将ModuleManager.getInstance().registerArr放在线程池里执行吗

不行，sdk内部会抛错，无法运行在非主线程

额 以前写的架构上确实有点小问题.
新版 KComponent 大概就 20ms
老版本我动架构不太合适了, 要不你迁移到新版 KComponent?
反正也是兼容的, 最多改到一些 Java Activity 上的路由标记. 很快就搞定的
