After I press "d", all lines, except the green one, disappear. If I press the "D" after it, I don't have any lines left...

Discovered in v0.5.1, reproducible only in virtual environment

It looks like a new axes_diff object is created, which is opaque and hides everything else behind itself. How I discovered it - I opened file info dialog, then pressed "d"
