Workday compability

Many companies use Workday to apply for positions, I saw that Workday is not working perfectly parsing resume, created by OpenResume

Workday seems to use its' own logic to flatten then import resume data... I spent a LOT of time trying to craft a resume that imported correctly and it still doesn't. I have "Lead a ..." at the start of a description under a position and Workday would create a new work history entry there. Despite the dates being the same format on all positions (generated via code) Workday still would only respect about 2/3. Workday's ATS parsing by all accounts seems to be absolute garbage.

I'm not sure there is any solution at all really.
