First time loading in a tab fails.

When I open a new tab, and open the webpage, there is only a bottom bar without any icons on it (the <i> elements are there, but somehow failed to load.). Refreshing the webpage and anything is normal.

Tested on chrome/safari on my iPhone7 and iPad, both behaving this way.
